Elmer O. Palomo, Owner

Mr. Palomo is the owner of E&E Roofing Services, LLC. Born in Honduras, Mr. Palomo moved to the United States in 2007 and settled in the Greenville, SC area. He began working as a roofing laborer in 2008 and quickly advanced to crew leader and later overseer of crews. Throughout a 9-year tenure he had been a subcontractor for renowned construction companies supporting hundreds of projects throughout the South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee region. In 2018 he established his own company and has continued to strengthen his good reputation within the industry.

Mr. Palomo is a licensed roofer certified by the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation Residential Builders Commission.

Raul S. Molina, Operations Manager / US Army Veteran

Mr. Molina oversees E&E Roofing Services, LLC’s organizational processes and adds improvements. Assists with human resources functions implementing policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels and building an enjoyable company culture. Born in Ecuador, Mr. Molina wields a fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Before joining E&E, Mr. Molina spent 22 years in the U.S. Army with experience in the Infantry and Special Operations with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, Central and South America. He culminated his career as a senior instructor at the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation in Fort Benning, GA. Before retiring Mr. Molina earned a Master’s degree in Human Relations and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from The University of Oklahoma.

“After retiring from the U.S. Army after 22 years of service, my family and I decided to move to South Carolina to be closer to family. I jumped at the opportunity to work with my longtime friend Elmer and became his Operations Manager. My experience in high-paced, rapidly deployed Special Operations units allowed me to bring an effective organizational structure to E&E Roofing Services merging with Elmer’s incredible work ethic and optimism.

This is a new chapter for me and I am excited to see how we’ve improved and how we can continue to progress delivering the best results for our customers. My goal is to maintain a company that reflects my Christian values. I believe in being transparent and serving with honesty and integrity”.
